Shop HP ink cartridges, ink bottles and LaserJet toner cartridges for home and office printers, including the HP 67, 955XL, 905XL and 206A ranges. Find your cartridge number on the cartridge itself, on the label inside the printer's cartridge access door or in the HP Smart app, then match it to the product title. Inkjet printers use ink and LaserJet printers use toner, so the two are not interchangeable. If you print often, an XL cartridge from the same series fits the same printer and prints more pages.
Look for the cartridge number on the top or front of the cartridge now in your printer, or on the information label inside the cartridge access door. The HP Smart app and the printer's Ink or Supplies menu also show it.
Yes, standard and XL cartridges from the same series (for example HP 67 and HP 67XL) are interchangeable. The XL version prints more pages per cartridge.
Start by checking the cartridge is the right number and is seated correctly. Our guide on how to fix a cartridge error in an HP printer walks through the next steps, and if you'd rather have ink delivered automatically, read our HP Instant Ink guide.
