We operate active warehouses across Australia in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide,and Perth ensuring fast and reliable delivery nationwide.
Delivery Restrictions
Delivery may be unavailable or subject to a surcharge for certain remote territories including SA, QLD, NT and WA, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, and other offshore Australian
territories.
Please contact us for further details if you are located in these areas.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Items
•Metro areas: 1–3 business days
•Remote areas: 5+ business days
Sometimes courier might take extra time due to vacation, disaster and other unforeseen events.
Large / Bulky Items
•Eastern metro areas: 2–5 business days
•WA, NT, QLD, SA & regional areas: 6–9 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
Please note: Australia Post does not deliver bulky items (over 5kg) to PO Boxes, Parcel
Collect, or Parcel Lockers. A physical street address and signature are required.
Address Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete
information may result in delays or a re-delivery fee.
Certain items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Lockers.
Returned Parcels
Parcels returned due to:
•Non-collection, wrong products purchased
•Failure to respond to delivery notifications
Will incur a re-delivery fee.
Shipping fees and surcharges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
If the box is opened/ security seal is broken, return will not be accepted.
Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up is available from our 7 warehouses across NSW, SA, QLD, WA, and VIC.
To arrange local pick-up:
1.Place your order (including shipping fee).
2.Contact us via email or phone to request local collection.
3.We will issue a pick-up reference number.
4.The shipping fee will be refunded to your customer account after successful pickup.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
We accept Authority To Leave (ATL) instructions.
However, if you choose ATL, Ink & Rolls is not responsible for any loss or theft after
delivery has been completed.
Pricing & Warranty
•All prices are in AUD and include GST.
•Compatible and generic products include a 1-year warranty.
•Genuine products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
