Is this thermal paper or bond paper?

This is 1 Ply bond paper, not thermal paper. It prints via a ribbon, not heat — the two paper types aren't interchangeable.

Will this fit my cash register or POS printer?

Yes, if your machine takes a 76mm roll with a 12mm core and prints using a ribbon rather than heat.

Can I use this in an EFTPOS terminal?

Only if it's a ribbon/impact-printing model. Most modern EFTPOS terminals are thermal and need thermal paper instead.

How many rolls are in the box, and how are they packed?

100 rolls per box, packed as 10 rolls per sleeve across 10 sleeves.

How long is each roll, and how many receipts will it print?

Each roll is 48m (+0.5m) long. Receipt count depends on your printer settings, so we can't give a fixed number.

What's the difference between 1 Ply, 2 Ply, and 3 Ply bond paper?

1 Ply prints one copy per transaction. 2 Ply and 3 Ply add carbon/carbonless layers for duplicate copies in one pass.

How long can I store these rolls before they degrade?

Minimum 3-year shelf life from purchase, stored dry and out of direct sunlight.

What does the red marking on the roll mean?

A printed warning near the end of the roll that shows through when paper is running low.
